I graduated from Massage Therapy from Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage in 2011. I was always drawn to alternative medicine growing up in the Catskill Mountains of NY surrounded by nature and a mother who was passionate about holistic living. As a mom of 6 boys, one girl, a pit mastiff and two cats. I wanted a rewarding career that was also flexible.

My Approach

If you listen when your body whispers, you don't have to suffer when it screams. I specialize in Acupressure, Cupping, non-confrontational Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Swedish, Sports, Hot Stone, Lomi Lomi among others. Each Session usually contains multiple different techniques and addresses the main issues in many various ways.

What do I mean by non-confrontational deep tissue?

I'm not going to damage your muscles in order to relieve the tension. Gently warming the tissues and coaxing it into release and relaxation. Treating the body as a whole connected unit means I can work on the area that bothers you from multiple seemingly unconnected places in one session which is far more effective.
